More to lose... Monday (1/23) Game Plan...
Sunday was good, although I wonder if I'm eating too many calories. I recently read a post on the WLS-grads forum (folks at goal or 12 mos out). The question was how many calories do you eat? Most claim to maintain their weight with between 900 to 1500 calories. I think I average 1100 calories. I may call the nutritionist and ask what the appropriate number should be at this stage of the game for continued weight loss. Anyway, here's Monday's plan:

My game plan is to get moving. My exercise is way too sporadic and I need something more consistent. Today I will walk a half hour after eating my lunch. (hmmm, I wonder if its better to walk before eating?) We'll see how I feel after today.
My plan is as follows:
4:30 Protica
7:00 Fruit Salad and Yogurt
9:30 Protein Smoothie
12:00 Lowfat Chicken Salad w/ Wheat Thins
2:00 Orange
4:00 Kettle Corn (100 cal pack)
6:30 Chicken Burger and Green Salad

Denise, you really got a jump on Monday. Good for you. BTW, those articles on snacking are great.
I didn't eat nearly as much as I had planned today--I was just not feeling well. Only got about 800 calories and about 75 grams of protein. I did not make changes at Fitday, so am not sure of the totals.
Monday's plan

Hi everyone!
I did well yesterday, didn't eat everything I had planned but did ok. I did sneak 1/4 of a PopTart - just craved something sweet and that was enough to scratch that itch!!
Here's my plan for today:
B: Turkey Sloppy Joe (just the meat) 3 oz.
S: 1/2 scoop Unjury in lemonade, 2 T peanut butter
L: Tuna salad (with 1 T FF mayo) 3 oz, and small green salad with SF dressing
S: cantaloupe, Carb Clever peaches, blueberries, 1/2 scoop Unjury
D: Skirt steak 3 oz., chicken breast 2 oz., small green salad with SF dressing
S: WW Flakes & Fiber cereal
Totals:
Calories: 991
Carbs: 33
Protein: 117
Water: 80 oz.
Exercise: did the 2 mile WATP Walkblaster this morning, will do another 2 miles this evening.
