More to lose... Friday (1/20) Game Plan...
Hi Denise,
Thanks for looking me up. I have been doing really well with eating what I'm basically suppose to but tonight I was alittle bad and had chinese food, mostly just had the meat and vegetables and a very small amount of rice. I have been really trying hard to stay away from, potatoes, bread, rice, pasta. I didn't really have a game plan for Thursday as I was in the Emergency Room Wednesday evening until Thurday morning at 1 am with severe abdominal pain, it was like having a gall bladder attack, but when I had my gastric bypass they took that out. I had to sit and wait for 2 hours before they even took me back. By that time I was starting to feel alot better. Anyway they thought It was acid reflux. I'll make an appointment to seem my own doc if I get it again. I had some pork steak that evening for dinner and I thinks thats what set it off, who knows but I'm fine now. Well today is over with now but I'll post what I did have:
protein shake
cream of wheat
banana with peanut butter
Lunch:
SmartOnes frozen dinner
Snack:
String Cheese
Apple
Diet Coke
Dinner: Chinese Food, vegetables, shrimp, beef, chicken with a small amount of rice. Have a great evening all.......Denise K.

I'm glad you're feeling better and it wasn't anything serious.
I was off track today too! I did well up until about 8:00 pm and suddenly the snacking gene kicked in... I ate a bag of microwave popcorn and a few of my daughter's cookies...
Everyday... I start anew... I won't give up.
We can and will do this!!
