I did well yesterday.
Thursday's plan:
Breakfast:
1 C Go Lean Kashi cereal, 1/2 banana, 1/2 C skim milk, 1/3 C Whey protein
Lunch:
SouthBeach Savory Beef with Cheesey Broccoli
Dinner:
2 Boca Burgers
1 C. brocolli
Snack:
Tangerine
String Cheese
pistachio nuts
SF popsicle

Fat: 31 grams
Carbs: 105
Protein: 111
1 hour on my Gazelle (I am trying to get to 1 1/2 hours, but I do get tired after only 1 hour).
