I have been full all day... My menu was mostly protein (130 grams worth!) and to my surprise, I am too full to fit in all the calories I had planned.... Protein stays in your pouch longer. My doctor has preached this from day one... 18 months later... I finally got the revelation!!!

I know anytime I eat my protein before even tasting anything else on my plate, usually I'm too full to eat anything else. Chicken and roast beef seem to stay with me for HOURS.
