More weight to lose ... No drum roll... Thursday's Game Plan
I don't really have a plan for today, except to not pig out. I'm not sure what's for dinner, and I doubt if I'll get around to exercise. I've got my hands dipped into about a billion different little projects that I just feel like taking a break from it all. So I did not plan. Which will bite me in the butt, I'm sure. Or add to it, at any rate.

Breakfast: Eggbeaters omelette w/bacon, onions & cheese
Snack: Protein Shake w/1/2 banana & flax seed
Lunch: Salad w/chicken, cheese, red onion & garlic. Olive oil & vinegar dressing
Snack: Baby Gala Apple & Asiago cheese
Dinner: Veal Stew & Melba Toast
Snacks: Stallone sf chocolate pudding

I've been reading your posts everyday and decided I think I'll join in. I have 84 more lbs I would like to loose so maybe if I'd post everyday it would help me out. I only get a chance to get online in the evening for a short time so I'll post what I did for my game plan. I'll weigh in on the 25th also and see what happens we can wish each other luck.
Up at 4:00 a.m.
protein shake - 150 calories
around 8:00 a.m.
1 pkg. instant cream of wheat - 90 calories
1 banana with peanut butter calories unknown for sure

Smart Ones frozen dinner - 180 calories
1 oz string cheese - 80 calories

LF popcorn - 100 calories,
3:00 Dannon light and fit yogurt - 90 calories
6:00 Dinner:
2 Chicken baked chicken wings
1/2 c ff cottage cheese - 80 calories
1 flour tortilla with grated cheddar cheese melted. 50 calories for cheese and 100 calories for the tortilla
8:00 protein shake, 150 calories then off to bed.
Total calories = 1070 not including the banana and peanut butter or the chicken wings. I should be pretty good on the protein as each of my shakes have about 30 grams of protein each.
I will get signed up with fitday so I'll know the nutrition information on the food I'm eating over the weekend sometime when I have more time. This has been such a busy week at work that I have been too exhausted to get on my treadmill. I will keep trying to get on it everyday, it will happen soon.
