Hello folks,
I was so good yesterday and was 100% on the money. Today I am down again and now to 174...that is wild. I didn't think I would lose so quickly after getting back on track but I will take all that comes. I will get my exercise in today at some point on the treadmill and that should help. For everyone out there that thought they had stopped dropping weight and was in a rut....THERE IS HOPE.....I am soooo sure of getting to my 140 something goal and I will keep posting to help keep me honest. WooHoo Karen! I think the more you do it the more motivating it is - especially when you see those pounds start dropping!! I dropped 3 lbs. since yesterday!! I am hoping to lose 25 lbs. by March 14 - maybe a little ambitious, but it's good to have a goal.
Now that I'm back on track I feel so much better about myself. As much as I enjoyed the eating and snacking, etc., I felt bad inside. Now I feel in control of things again, and yes, you're right, there is HOPE!!
