Hello folks,
Well I am down another pound today and I got all my viatmins, water, and exercise in yesterday but went over on the calories and a little under on the protein. I came in today at 177.6 which is good. I think it is impossible to do everything at once when I had fallen so far off track. A step at a time...I am happy to be back ont he vitamins and have added the exercise. Today I will make sure I will get all my protein and then over the next week I will start counting the calories and making sure I focus on good food choices. The portien drinks are really helping.
