More weight to lose... Tuesday, December 26 game plan!!
Well... I've survived Christmas. My folks are in town and my mom cooked everything under the sun. I sampled everything under the sun! Now, it's time to get back with the program. Here's my game plan for Tuesday:
Exercise:
1 hr. water aerobics
Breakfast:
4 oz. tilapia
1/2 cup applesauce
Lunch:
4 oz salmon
1/2 cup lettuce
Dinner:
4 oz ham
1/2 cup collard greens (no fat added)
Snacks:
Banana
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (no sugar added)
Calories: 1031
Fat: 34
Carbs: 46
Protein: 105
