How do you spent your holidays?
Hi to all:
You mean of all us July people their are not even a dozen post. That is bad. I love to read but hate to post. Most of the time I get lost some where on some site reading about someone and then all my time is gone and I have to return to life. I just want to wish you a very blessed holiday season. Merry Christmas and I pray we all can show just some of our dear Saviors Love! I will try to come here more often to hear from all the July people. Keep up the good work people. I just read some horror stories we all are aware of about how easy it is to put the weight back on. So please keep me and all our WLS freinds in your prayers.
I spent the holidays with family and it was great with all the nice things being said about my weight loss. I did keep a close eye on the food and tried to remember to eat to live. In fact when I got home I was so hungry. I think I tried a little to hard but I am sure it did not hurt me any because I probably messed up that night. It is a constant battle but one worth doing. Wow, I wish I could go hiking maybe someday sounds wonderful. Talk to you soon.

Hi: This is my first time posting on this board. I kinda just stumbled on to it. I'm still learning what all is on this site. Tonight is my support group and I forgot all about it until a few minutes ago and was trying to see if anybody from my area knew who the speaker is. It is an hours drive from here and it starts at 6PM so I guess I'll have to miss it this month! BOO! HOO! My surgery was July 2004 and all together I've lost 100 lb or so. I get on here usually after 9 PM, CA time. I'm excited I found you guys on here! Maybe this is the reason not many people know about this board. Or maybe I'm the only dummy around! Blessings! CAROL
