WLS/ICE Wallet Cards

Hi and Happy & HEALTHY Thanksgiving to you all. I remember back as an early post-op some references to cards that could be carried in your wallet with your insurance card or i.d. that briefly explained that the person carrying the card had bariatric surgery. Does anyone know of these cards and where/how to get one? I appreciate any direction you can provide. Thanks and again - have a wonderful and safe holiday! Adrienne

I printed my card from some place on this site. I do not remember how I got there, but it is here some place. One of the wonderful helpers will come on a tell you how to do it. If I can retrace my steps I will write again. I have used it at buffets to be able to pay only the child's rate. Locally, I don't have any trouble ordering a smaller portion, but when I go to a big city, that card certainly helps. Monna
