Doctor's Goal Reached

I just had to share after 15 months and 3 weeks I have reached Doctors Goal. I have lost a total of -235 lbs and currently weigh 180 lbs. I was in high school that last time I was at this weight. Now only 33 lbs to my personal goal. Mary 415/180/-235

That's absolutely wonderful! I love to hear when people are getting past that 65% or 75% excess weight lost...it gives me hope. You're such a loser!

I feel the same way when reading other posts. I believe that as long as we are willing to work the tool by following the rules we can loose 100% of our excess weight. Mary

Congrats! That is wonderful! I still have a while to go. I'm down 118lbs but I still want to get down at least 35 more lbs to get to the goal I set right before surgery. Jen
