LATE Sunday Weekly Weigh-in
Hi all,
I just got back from several days away, so I am posting this a day late - I beg your forgiveness!
Today is the weekly Sunday weigh-in (late). Weigh yourself now, and let us know how much weight you lost this week, and/or how much weight you have lost so far in your journey!
This week, I took off the 2 1/2 pounds I gained last week, so I've lost so far a total of 152 pounds since July 14, 2004, and I now weigh 224.
And remember... no matter how much you've lost, you are a real looser!

Hi Spyder and everyone! I lost 1 lb this week. It has come to a major slowdown which is ok with the amt I have lost. According to the BMI charts I need to be 149 to not be overweight but coming from "super obese" if I do not lose that next 8 lbs it will be ok. I find myself snacking more (nuts and crackers) but I still try and do fitday everyday . I am just now starting to try and save for plastics. My surgeon says I have minimum 20 lbs of skin, Arms will be done first and then my sharpai legs and butt. Probably by next fall I can do the arms and than I will go from there.
