Well Good Morning All, I just weighed in and I am 169. I haven't been that low in 12 years. I am really energized and on a roll. It even flickered on 168 before settling. I am on the way.......just wanted to share my happy Sunday success. Karen from Canada 290 - 169- 145

Way to go.......I am one year out 7/28/04 was my date....and I started at 296....and I am now at 170.......and i was just thinking today how nice it will be to dip into the 160's.....wow....I can hardly wait.
