Hey July-babies!!! Well, we are 1 year post-op now. Hard to believe it has been a year already. How is everyone coming along? 1)- What was your weight pre-op? 2)- What is your goal weight? 3)- How much have you lost already? 4)- How much total weight do you want to lose? (#1 - #2) 5)- What percentage of excess weight have you lost? (#3 / #4) Since we all start at different weights, seeing what PERCENTAGE everyone has lost puts us all on even terms. I'm interested in seeing how many 90%+ we have out there Here's where I am: 1) 432 2) 175 3) 216 4) 432 - 175 = 257 5) 216 / 257 = 84.0 %

Hi Everyone, Here is where I am: 1) 289 2) 150 3) 110 4) 139 5) 110/139 = 79% Happy 1 year anniversary to all of us! I don't know what I am going to do to celebrate my re-birthday, but I am so grateful to my surgeon for doing my surgery and giving me my life back. I am so much happier, and I feel so much better. The only thing that bothers me is the apron I have from the extra skin on my stomach, but I hope to get that taken care of. The best thing is that I enjoy playing with my 3 year old. Before my surgery I was always out of breath and my legs always hurt. Now I can run, play and even go on the slide and swings with him. I am also thankful for the Obesity Help web site. I have made so many new friends through the web site especially Stacy (Boney) and Nancy. I also got my training as a support group leader through Obesity help and I am a photo team volunteer. I feel so blessed. Thank you all for everything. I love you all!!!!! Jackie Jackie
