B~got up too late for breakfast L~turkey & cheese wrap, 1 c cottage cheese D~tortellini S~2 peanut butter crackers, 1 protein shake, 1 Hershey Kiss Calories: 1100 Protein: 95 Exercise: 30 minutes on bike Thoughts: Went to my first support group meeting. My mother dragged me along because she wanted to listen to the plastic surgeon who was the guest speaker. Plastics will be expensive! It bothers me that I am able to eat a whole sandwich wrap and that much cottage cheese. I shouldn't be able to eat two cups of anything, should I? There are those days when just the wrap would fill me up...but eating that much scares me. As long as I am able to stay within my calorie range, it's not a big deal. But if I stop "dieting," will my portions get way out of control? I will definitely be talking to my dietician about this when I go for my year check-up next month. I was down another 3lbs today. Hooray! Pamela 352/246/150 just 96 to go!

Had another good day (even though I ate some carb-wise pertzels and that last biscotti), and lost another 2 lbs. today!! Two more pounds and I'll be in the 'normal' weight range!!! B: Biscotti (sorry, but it was yummy!! ) L: 1 oz. jarlesburg light cheese, carb wise pretzels S: 1/2 scoop Unjury in lemonade D: 1 cup lettuce, some tomato, 4 oz. turkey sloppy joe, lo carb balsamic vinegar dressing (1 T) S: Trader Joe's More & Less cereal - just a handful for the munchies. Had to add some Splenda and cinnamon or I would have been sure I was eating something meant for horses...n-e-e-i-i-g-g-h-h- Totals: Calories: 606 / Carbs: 33 / Protein: 55 Got in all of my water, no real exercise, but a lot of running around. I have a sore throat and I'm achy, so I'm not feeling much like exercise. It's cooled down so hopefully I'll get back to it tomorrow. Hugs, Nancy -115
