Iron Question

My dad brought me some liquid iron. I had taken chewable pills before. I have no idea how much of the liquid iron to take. Also, it says to mix it with something. If your taking liquid iron, what do you mix it with? Hat

I take ferrous gluconate 300mg three times a day, it is a small pill you swallow, its easy and works well. Louise
