This week, I lost 3 pounds, so I've lost so far a total of 142 pounds since July 14, 2004, and I now weigh 233.

I am still 141 after doing everything I can to get things moving again. I am eating all my protein and liquids and excercise and still nothing. But my monthly friend will be here any day now. I am hoping thats why. Maybe next week I can report better. Congrats on your success and keep up the great work. Luv Danelle

Hi All,
My weight depends on which scale I am weighing on. At home I am 173
and at the gym I am 170. A couple of weeks ago I was 168 at the gym. I think it time to shoot my scale!.
Keep going everybody!!! That 1st "birthday" is just around the corner!
(a little sooner than I would like) Do we get do overs in this???
I would like to go back to about month 6 and redo from then until now.

I stayed the same this week. That is ok. I went down nicely for a couple of weeks so my body is probably taking a little break. I do need to get back to Curves. I think I missed every day last week. I did go to Kings Island amusment park on Saturday and walked for 8 hrs and cut my foot 1/2 high grass/weeds on Friday sio I did get some excersize. I am so glad to have this holiday off work. I hope everyone is having a great day!!
