I've made it!

9 months out and I've finally met my goal. I never thought I'd get here. I've lost not only the 103, but 105! Whoo hoo. From a size 22 to a 10, and in some clothes I'm fitting into an 8 now. This has been quite an experience, and I'm ready to enjoy summer in my new body.

Great job Michele! ;) Isn't it great to be in a size you never dreamed you could wear in just 9 months?!?! I'm in a 10 too, but I'm having a hard time losing my last 10 lbs. to get to goal :/ Do you have any advice or suggestions on how you were able to reach goal so quickly? I have back problems, so I go to physical therapy 3 times a week and then I work out with a trainer 2 times a week, I also walk about 2 to 2 1/2 miles 2 times a week as well. I also eat small meals when I'm hungry. Michele
