Fabulous Fifty
A year ago I never thought I would feel this way about my age! Last Thursday I turned 50...I was born on 5/5/55....and my 50th bday was on 05/05/05!! I am 10 months and 83 lbs lighter than my 49th bday and feel so wonderful! My DH threw me the biggest surprise party 
with a DJ and 60 of my favorite people on Saturday night. I felt like a movie star-- with every fussing over how great I am looking! 
I am happier and healthier than I have felt in 15 yrs! I thank God I was able to have this surgery...it was a lifesaver for me. I am mostly a lurker on this board..but want to thank you all for your support and valuble informaton--I could not done it without you all!

You look MAH-VELOUS and nowhere near 50!!! Hope you gave your DH a big hug and kiss - what a sweet thing for him to do!
