Thanks! Honestly, I don't have a secret! I'm just doing the same things I have been doing - guess my body is done resting. It is coming off slow though - 8lbs in the last 30 days. So that's about 2 lbs per week. Nothing too drastic, but I'm thrilled it's still coming off! Less than 3 months now to my anniversary date, I think I may just make my goal by then!
Even though I am thrilled with my loss thus far, and would be happy with reaching my goal of 149, I *know* that I could easily stand to lose 20 or 30 more lbs from where I am right now. At my thinnest weight I've maintained, I was 130-135 lbs and that was good for me. I'm 5'5", but a small body frame, and since I carry my weight in my stomach, going lower doesn't make me look too thin. KWIM? BUT, I'm quite a bit older now, and losing at least these last 10 lbs would be fine. After a TT, that would get me smaller still.
