Who'da Thunk It....?
Linda, PLEASE let me rub your head! Hee hee. I GAINED a freaking pound, then last night worked my ass off just to re-lose it. I jogged for 30 minutes, followed by 200 ab-crunches. I have to work so hard now just to maintain my loss so far, and I still have 37-47 pounds to goal (my goal/doc's goal). Hopefully the loss for me will pick up. As for you, I am confident your body will know when the time is right. If not, I'll gladly lend you some of mine! ;0)

LOL everyone's going to line up to rub my head now
Well I had done the 1 pound gain one week...awhile back. Honestly I'm not sure why I keep losing, maybe it is the treats and snack foods...who knows???
And as I've said before, all that working out will keep the weight up in a lot of cases, you're losing fat and gaining muscle, nothing wrong with that...you're gonna be a hardbody!!!!
