Start of challenge~ 138 todays weight~ 136 down~ 2 lbs to go for challenge~ 5 lbs to get to my goal~ 6 I figured I was avging about 1/2 to 1lbs a week, so I planned for that. So far so good as there is about 5wks left and I have 5lbs to make the challenge. I've lost more in inches which is awesome and I think most days means more to me. I've been plateaued for 16 days. Gym starts tonight!!! I've been doing really well on my eating, so it has to be the lack of working out. Hopefully I'll have better results to post next week. Jeff Stuck at -113

I don't have a goal weight for the end of this challenge. For me, it's about trying to get some bad habits thrown out the door. So far, so good. Although if you want some numbers... Lowest point: 258 Weight last week: 262 Weight today: 255 Total: -3/-7...depends on which numbers you want to use Pamela -97
