Well, up until this morning I had lost another pound this week, but when I weighed in, I had gained three!! I'm hoping it's jus****er, but it could be pretzels
. Hope to get back on track today.

I figured I was avging about 1/2 to 1lbs a week, so I planned for that. So far so good as there is about 5wks left and I have 5lbs to make the challenge. I've lost more in inches which is awesome and I think most days means more to me. I can't believe I'm doing good on this challenge so far!!!!!

I don't have a goal weight for the end of this challenge. For me, it's about trying to get some bad habits thrown out the door. So far, so good.
