WAAAAYYY OT but HELP NEEDED!!

Ok all the teachers on here... I am for one of my credential classes having to do a SDAIE lesson plan... my content area is math... the lesson I am doing is on solving inequalities... but I am stuck with this type of lesson plan... soooo any help that you can give will be greatly appreciated... I HATE the last 2 weeks of school uggghhhhhh Loni -165

I'll help what I can, but I have a couple of questions first. What does SDAIE stand for you? What grade level are you focusing on for the lesson?

7th grade Pre-Algebra class SDAIE - means Specially Designated Academic Instruction in English thanks... any help would be greatly appreciated Loni

Do you have access to any double pan balances? You could use those to show the inequalites. We use them when starting to introduce solving basic equations. The kids love them. They are hands on and they can see what's happening.
