2 pound loss for me this week~which shocked me since I've had a horrid week, not eating enough, not getting enough protein and just having one of those blah-I-Don't-Want-To-Do-A-Thing-Week. No exercise, not always drinking my protein shake and not exercising. ~Tanja 448/282/148***total loss 166 pounds***

I actually lost a lb this past week and am thrilled!! I've slowed down so much....which I know is to be expected....but I'm avging about 1/2lb a week, 1 whole lb in a really good week. I'm now down a total of 112lbs w/6lbs more to reach my goal. Traci 248/136/130 -112 and 65"

Hi Spyder! I was out of town over the weekend so my weigh in was on Monday am. I am the same as last week but up 1 lb from where I went down to this week. Janette RNY 7-13-04 363/204 - 159 lbs
