DAILY LOG Thursday
Well, I TRIED to stick with the plateau buster diet, but I failed. Not miserably failed, because I did really well until the end of the day. And worst-case scenario was that I had 1200 calories. But I don't know about that yet, because I haven't gotten around to logging everything. I have an advantage, though. I'm not on a plateau. I lost 2 as of yesterday morning, and by the looks of my home scale, that number might even be higher.
B-sliced chicken breast, string cheese
L-grilled chicken breast w/ff cheddar, cottage cheese
D-chili w/ff cheddar and yes, I had crackers
S-string cheese X2, 1/2 protein shake, and an unfortunate experience with a PBJ sandwich late at night
I did exercise, though
