DAILY LOG Wednesday

Today was a better day for me. My lunch would have been much healthier without the appetizer, but it could have been worse. Still higher on the calories than I want to be, although my dietician did recommend trying 1200 calories for a while. But still, I feel guilty for going over 1000. Sometimes I just feel like a neurotic mess! In a bit, I'm going to go to Walgreens to pick up some protein shakes, try to get myself back onto a healthier track. Even if I eat 1200 calories, they need to be healthy ones. I also need to print some new pictures my daughter took of me. Today I am nine months out. Nine months and 92 pounds down. If I hadn't had surgery, I would probably be UP 92 pounds. Thank goodness for WLS! I have my life back. And I'm able to do things I was too tired and lazy to do before. Speaking of doing things, we finished planting our flowerbed in front of the house, and we also planted a dogwood. I guess we'll see how long everything survives B~1 oz chicken, 1 oz string cheese L~4 oz chicken breast with a low-carb wrap (it had some cheese, grilled onions and peppers, and guacamole...but very little of any of it. I calculated it as a fast food grilled chicken sandwich), a few bites of broccoli. Hubby and I also split an appetizer...kind of like a taco, I ate the two small pieces D~1 cup (not even, I don't think) of leftovers from the other night (Santa Fe skillet, meal in a bag) S~1 oz string cheese, 1 slice light bread with a teaspoon of butter, 4 tortilla chips with salsa Calories: 1010 Protein: 95 Vitamins: all water: so-so Exercise: treadmill 30, weights 30 Pamela only up 3 now, and the way I've been going to the bathroom, I bet it's nearly gone
