started plateau buster today

Zoloft what a wonderful pill they made huh? (lol) I know what u mean abt the weight stopping,,i been stuck i think for 2 mths,, bbut i know thats bcz i'm eating whatever i want,,, cheetos, cookie, ice cream,, choclate, what ever.. so i know its me.. so now i'm on liquids only til saturaday i started today and it wasnt as bad as i thought it was gonna be.. u know the first day is always the hardest. but i'm almost done with it. diana ,, just hang in there we'll make it thur this to. dana

I am so glad to have "day one" behind me. It was a tough evening (thank goodness for chicken broth and basketball games to keep me occupied). I'm hoping this gets easier. It's do-able, and I'm doing it. No one ever said this would be easy. Fortunately, things have been easy so far. But I want the gold ring (a size 12), so now I need to do my part. Yeah, we'll make it.
