I felt like I did a bit too much snacking today, but at least I made some better choices.
B: mini corn muffin, about 10 grapes
S: soy chips
L: 3 oz. turkey sloppy joe (meat only)
D: medium chicken breast, some ricotta cheese
S: Hershey 1 carb choc bar
