DAILY LOG Tuesday
I had a better food day today. Still a little higher on the calories than I would have liked, but I don't feel guilty.
B~string cheese, turkey
L~turkey wrap (with cheese/dressing), 1/2 cup pasta salad (with veggies)
D~Chicken stirfry (1 cup veggies/3 oz chicken), 1/2 cup rice
S~1 slice provolone cheese with 1 oz turkey
Calories: 1071
Protein: 88
Vitamins: All
Water: Mediocre
Exercise: 30 minutes treadmill, 30 minutes weight lifting machines

I had a much better day yesterday too. In fact, I really wasn't that hungry ~ I don't know if it's because I was busy at work or what.
B: Really didn't eat it
L: the topping (cheese, a bit of sauce and some mushrooms) from a slice of pizza - no crust (said as she pats herself on the back! )
S: Soy chips
D: small salad with 1/2 chicken breast and 2 oz. of turkey sloppy joe mixed together
S: 1/2 Slimfast brownie bar

Protein: 59
Got in all of my water, and walked my dogs about 1.5 miles. I lost the pound that I gained yesterday.
