DAILY LOG Monday
A good day, except for one tiny detail. I have a cold Despite feeling lousy, I already walked on my treadmill (at home) for 30 minutes at a higher intensity than usual. I had to break it up into 15 minute increments, but I followed through with it. Tonight, I will be adding at LEAST 15 minutes on the stationary bike to my routine, maybe more. My daughter's class is only 45 minutes, and I was afraid I wouldn't have time to both the treadmill and the bike, and I DON'T WANT ANY EXCUSES for not completing my plan. ANYWAY...so here's my menu.
B~string cheese
L~2 slices light bread, 3 slices bacon, 1 tbs jelly...and an entire cup of cottage cheese. How did I manage that?
D~3 oz chicken with 1 cup of stirfry vegetables
S~1 serving banana bread (homemade), 1 string cheese with 1 oz turkey
Calories: 885
Protein: 90
Vitamins: All
Water: Not good, but working on it
Exercise: 30 treadmill, 15 bike

Breakfast- Hot Cocoa Protein- 1/2 c Kashi w/ Yogurt
Snack- 1/2 egg omlette w/ cheese & Mushroom - 6 french fries
( why? because they were there)
Lunch- Hot Dog
Dinner- Yogurt- Cheese- Animal Crackers
Snack- Low fat nachos w/ ff cheese
Snack- 1 tsp peanut butter - 1/2 banana
I guess the calories are at about 1400
Protein- 70
No Exercise- Too lazy today.
I thought this was a decent day food wise, but I think I am getting
in too many calories.
I am getting bored with food choices- and getting lazy. Will try to
diversify choices and do less calories.
Unusually bad water day..not sure why
Have a job interview tomorrow- will try to exercise after that.
