* Sunday Weekly WEIGH-IN *
Hi everyone,
Well I guess I didn't have a good week cause I stayed the same--but then again I couldn't get to the gym at all last week, we were so busy at work I felt like I was living there. I was at work more then I was home so by the time I got home I would shower and go to bed. Hopefully I will have a better week this week. I did make it to the gym this morning so that is a good sign!!! Take care all and see you all next week.

You are doing so well!!! Congrats!!!!
I come in at 252 pounds, which is a loss of 7.5 pounds since March 6 and a total of 180. I can't wait to get to move that big weight on the scale down a notch (you know how the medical scales have the big 50 pound weights that slide....I get to move it once I break 250).
Anyway...keep up the good work!!!
