DAILY LOG Tuesday
I overdid it. The day started out just fine, but my mood quickly went downhill when I got home. It looks like we might have a collapsed pipe in our basement which causes the washer to overflow. My husband was crabby, and I was tired from working all day, so I really just wanted to snap. Did I mention that my period caught me by surprise about a week early? Explains all the water gains and losses the past week, at least!

L~Microwave Thai Style Peanut Chicken (240 cals, 22 protein)
D~2 oz tortilla chips, 2 flour tortillas, MAYBE a cup of chicken/veggies
S~1 SF ice cream bar, several pieces of miniature chocolate bars/hershey kisses (leftover from stuffing Easter eggs for my daughter's school party)
Calories: Bad...maybe more than 1500 (though fitday says just under 1500)
Protein: Good...about 107
Water: Good...640z or more
Vitamins: Forgot them again!

I'm figuring you mean Wednesday, but since you had such a crappy day, I understand....
I started off kind of bad, ate 2 servings of soy chips, which I usually try NOT to do, but later, I had 1/2 of a Gorton's salmon filet that really got stuck or something, and I couldn't eat or drink for about 6 hours. I haven't like that for quite some time....
B: Carb Countdown yogurt
S: about 18 soy chips
L: 1/2 salmon filet (blech)
D: (ate at about 8:30 PM) 4 oz. turkey Sloppy Joe, no bread, just meat
S: 1/2 Slim-Fast brownie snack
