Are you REALLY a slow loser?
Hey everyone!!!
WOW!!! You all are doing SO well!!! I think we all need a group hug
I hope this did not make some of you feel bad about your weight loss. That truly was not the intent. I am one of the slowest losers that posted, so I know it can be frustrating. I still need to lose another 80 pounds just to be "overweight"!!!
I think we all deserve a pat on the back for the successes we have had. Most of all, we all deserve to be congratulated for not taking obesity lightly and for not quitting when everyone and everything told us that we were not worth it and we couldn't do it. But here we are All of us decided to take our lives back, and that takes someone with a lot of character to go through what we have gone through and still face the world everyday. All of you are remarkable and resilent people, and you have more guts and courage than 90% of the people out there...the same ones that belittle people like us each day.
So to you, my friends, I salute!!! To happier, healthier lives....
Bobby

Hey everyone--this sux! I haven't lost more than about 2 pounds in two months. I still have 23 pounds to lose just to be in the overweight category. I HATE BEING STUCK!!!
Anyways, enough of that. Here's where I'm at:
Preop: 338
Goal: 188
Lost: 107
Want to lose: 150
% to goal: 71%
I'm supposed to go see my doc on 3/21, but I'm not going to. I weigh just a few pounds less than the last time I saw him 3 months ago. Maybe I'll hit it hard for the next couple of months and then go see him.
Wish me luck...
Jeff, the king of -107
