Are you REALLY a slow loser?
I love looking at weight loss this way:
1)- What was your weight pre-op? 252
2)- What is your goal weight? 140
3)- How much have you lost already? 90
4)- How much total weight do you want to lose? 112
5)- What percentage of excess weight have you lost? 90 / 112 = 80%
Wow! 80%!! Did I do that right??? Maybe I'll lower my goal weight!

This is interesting, I like to see the numbers this way instead of focusing on how much I've slowed down!
1) Weight Pre-Op- 298
2) Goal Weight- 170
3) Pounds Lost Already- 106
4) How Much Total I Want to Lose- 128
5) Percentage of Excess Weight Lost- 82.8%
Any yes, how do I get my picture on here?
