Hey July-babies!!! Sorry I have been MIA lately, but life has been incredibly busy lately!!! Well, we are around 8 months post-op now. How is everyone coming along? 1)- What was your weight pre-op? 2)- What is your goal weight? 3)- How much have you lost already? 4)- How much total weight do you want to lose? (#1 - #2) 5)- What percentage of excess weight have you lost? (#3 / #4) Since we all start at different weights, seeing what PERCENTAGE everyone has lost puts us all on even terms. I think some "slow-losers" will see that they are not slow, they just don't have as much to lose. Here's where I am: 1) 432 2) 175 3) 174 4) 432 - 175 = 257 5) 174 / 257 = 67.7%

Hi Bobby - Good to see you back!! I feel blessed and very happy that so far I've done well. Lately I've really had to work at it - it's like I'm on a diet again; but the bottom line is, now that I've had a taste of life, I want it and it's worth it!!! Like I've seen on the main board many times ~ "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!!" (or something like that! ) 1)- What was your weight pre-op? = 277 2)- What is your goal weight? = 150 3)- How much have you lost already? = 102 4)- How much total weight do you want to lose? = 127 5)- What percentage of excess weight have you lost? = 80% Hugs, and don't be such a stranger Bobby! "My percentages now make me think I'm a slow loser " Go and eat some more protein. I think your losing brain cells. Honestly, you look fantastic! Your change has been so dramatic that your already a poster girl for hardwork and determination. In fact, I am a little jealous because you are becoming a whole new woman...on the outside. I know that on the inside you continue to be just as sweet and wonderful as ever. Hat
