D~1/4 c peas, 1/2 c caramelized onions, 1 slice bread, 3 oz sloppy joe
S~1 oz string cheese, 1/2 c cottage cheese

O.K not doing to well as of lately, b-fruit with yogurt on top, s-3 pcs beef stick, 2wheat pretzel sticks, l- 1/2c tuna with mayo,onion, sunflowerseeds 21/2 rye crackers, s- 2 pieces sugarfree choc. s- 2 wheatables with cream cheese, d- 5 scallops, 2tbl scallop potatoes 1/4c greenbeans/brussel sprouts mixed s-philly swirl. liquids i only got in 32oz water but alot of hot tea that seems to be the only liquid i can drink plenty of. Well today is a new day hope i can do better! Denice
Monday
B= lrg cup of coffee............i was bad!!
L= grilled chicken breast strips with a few bites of salad with ranch dressing
D= steak fajitas with a bit of refried beans, cheese & avacodo
S= 2 strips of beef jerky.....which i will not be eatting in a while it made me so sick.......it got stuck in my throat 1/2 the night before it finally came up!!!
Fluids about 50 oz.
Exercise.......I took my kids clothes shopping ......walked a huge outlet mall, walmart, costco, and the grocery store......ugh the ellipetical would have been easier!!! I would have used the machine too but I took a fall at the mall tripped over a shirt that fell off the hanger.....fell right on my face......not really hurt just sore.......just my pride wounded....haha
Today will be a better day ......oh well I do have to take the kids back out for shoes .......ugh!!!
