I am MAJORLY SUCKING at this challange!!!! I *may* have lost one stinking pound, but not even sure. One day the scale says 146, the next day it says 147, etc. For me, the scale *has* to read the same # for at least 2 days in a row, preferably 3 (or show more weight gone) for me to consider the weight gone, so I don't know what's going on.
Gotta get to Curves this coming week at least 4-5 times!! Get my butt in gear!

I am so hating this challenge!!! I lost a half pound this week, again after working out every day (either walking 2 miles or going to Curves). I don't know what I am doing wrong. I could lose a pound a week when I wasn't exercising so much. I'm keeping my fluids at 75 ounces per day or higher, and I'm getting at least 75 grams of protein in a day. I don't count calories, and maybe I should, but I can't imagine that I'm getting over 1000 per day. Oh well. A loss is a loss, even if it is frustratingly small.
