D~1 cup tortellini with peas and cream cheese
S~1 Slim Fast protein shake, 1/2 cup cottage cheese

Carbs: 74
Exercise: Treadmill for 30, weight lifting for 30
Mood: Decent enough. I was pretty busy this morning, so I didn't have problems with snacking. I may wind up with another snack later this evening, but I don't know yet (dinner was early****il then, I will try to distract myself with a book.

Felt a bit better yesterday, and finally had an appetite.
B: Carb Countdown yogurt with protein powder
S: soy crisps with cream cheese
L: Ricotta cheese with some Carb Clever peaches
D: 4 oz Turkey sloppy joe - no bread after 30 min I had 4 oz Carb Countdown FF milk
S: Turkey jerky .5 oz
Totals: Cal: 614 Carb: 29 (a bit high for me) Protein: 71 (a bit low for me)
Got in all of my water and walked 1.5 miles on the treadmill in 25 minutes.
