Mood: Okay. Had a LONG day, spent most of it trying to resist the temptation to shove everything into my mouth. For the most part, I succeeded, so I'm happy about that. I have definitely decided that I'm a BORED EATER, so now I have to find ways around that nasty little habit.

Pam, I find I eat out of boredom too. I'm really working on sucking down 8-16 oz. of water as quickly as I can when I feel that way and it has helped a lot.
Still not feeling great - didn't eat too much yesterday. Lost another pound this AM - 2 lbs. away from the elusive Century Club!!!

No exercise. I had every intention of walking on the treadmill at work, but my boss was in and kept me very busy, so I didn't get a chance. I'll definitely do it today since she's not in the office.

I worked the past 2 days 12+ hours each day so not enough fluids and I have gotten into a horrible habit of snacking on crackers at work that we keep in the "kitchen" for pts ugh!!!! I have the temptation also, to shove things in my mouth....ugh....why can't that just go away.......I was doing so darn good. When I work this weekend my goal is to stay away from those demon crackers!!!!
