B~2 oz turkey breast L~1 oz tortilla chips, 1 chimichanga (husband chose Mexican, and I'm sick of fajitas) D~1/2 of a sub sandwich from Fazoli's S~None Calories: 1170 Protein: 58 Carbs: 109 Exercise: Going to the gym at 7 to walk the treadmill for 30. Mood: Pretty good despite having to call a plumber and make an appointment for my car. Had a great weekend, albeit busy. I rode my bike a little bit on both days, and the weather was beautiful yesterday. Not looking forward to the scale, though, because I didn't eat very well all weekend. Today wasn't a real good start, either. Maybe tomorrow... Pamela -86

I'm right there with ya! I hate the weekends because i am off work and i do so much better when i'm working. I also am not looking forward to getting on the scale i only weigh at work as it matches my docs scale, so tomorrow i will weigh and probably kick my self!!!!!!!

Had an ok day yesterday after my three day birthday celebration! Now I have to work off the 2 lbs. I gained. I would have been really happy with my day if I had done a bit more exercise and left the cookies alone! B: Carb Countdown yogurt with protein powder S: Soy crisps with cream cheese L: Ricotta cheese (4 T) S: some more soy crisps with cream cheese D: 4 oz. Turkey sloppy Joe (no bread) S: 1/2 c. shredded FF cheddar cheese, and a few Nutter Butter mini's (Oops!) Totals: 853 calories, 51 carbs (yikes!!), 87 protein Got in all my water, but no exercise except shoveling out 6 inches of wet snow!! Hugs, Nancy -95
