Easter Day Weight Loss Challenge
I'm in for the Easter challenge. I weighed in at 211 this morning. I want to lose 11 pounds by Easter.
I'm going to increase/change my activity. I play a ton of volleyball (I'm on 2 leagues, and I play on 2 open nights, so 4 nights a week). I also play women's professional football. We just had our first round of try-outs (saturday) which confirmed that I need to start doing some more strenuous cardio work and a little weight training. I'm still sore (but not bad).
I'm also going to put my foot down at home and demand that we stop eating out so often. I think once every 2 weeks is a good start, then maybe drop to once a month. This is a toughie because my husband really likes to go out to eat (not fast food). I'm not such a big fan of it, but it's hard to argue with having someone else cook your dinner, have no dishes to do, and have left-overs, too. Hubby will support me here, I know it.
Anyhow, goal weight for Easter = 200

Count me in for this as my first challenge! I would love to lose 15 by Easter. I hope I can actually do better than that because I'll be going to California on vacation April 9-16 and want to be down as much as possible so those vacation pix look good, for once.

I'm going to join in this challenge! I just now weighed myself and of course the scale is up at the moment and reads 173.
I'm seting my goal for 14 lbs, which would put me at 159 lbs. That would then make me only 12 lbs from my goal! Exercise is the only way that's going to happen.

Count me in..........I missed my goal for today , so I will try again for Easter!
I just need to get my butt in gear and get back to the gym!! We are in the middle of buying a new house and packing, work is busy, yada yada yada, the list of excuses goes on. I know I just have to do it! Gotta make time for myself!
Anywho..........here's to Easter!! 15 pounds or bust
