The scale was moving all over the place this week. Earlier this week I was up 3 lbs ( which I think was due to water weight). Then those pounds came off....thankfully. Then when I weighed myself yesterday I was down another 4 lbs. That was a pleasant surprise. Marcy 367/284 -83

I am playing the up-down game and I don't like it!! I weighed in (Monday) at 211. This is only one pound heavier than my lightest, so that's OK. Not going to stress out over it. But, I do have some goals in mind, and I need to start pushing it. I want to be 200 by Easter. I can't believe how close I am to being in the 100's. I'll get there in my own time. Diana
