Home from gallbladder surgery

My surgery went well yesterday. I was in surgery from around 11 to 1:15. Then went to stage one recovery. I was only supposed to be there for about an hour but had tons of nausea so they let me stay a little over two hours to rest and get that settled. Then I moved on to stage two recovery and the nausea got worse so I stayed there for about 3 hours instead of one. The let me rest and took good care of me. We got home around 8:30 last night. The pain isn't as bad as I thought it would be; it's actually quite tolerable right now. I do keep drifting to sleep but that's normal with the medicine I'm on. The gave me over 4 liters of fluids by IV yesterday so my kidneys and bladder are working on triple time it seems. Thanks for all of your good thoughts and prayers. Jen
