Let's talk Vitamins
I take the following:
2 Pioneer chewable chelated vitamins in the morning and 2 at night (before breakfast and dinner) chelated vitamins and minerals are absorbed much better by us.
1 iron capsule (very strong...150) I get it from Vitalady...I have a tendency toward anemia...take this about an hour before I take anything else.
3 calcium citrate capsules with magnesium and vitamin D (500 mg each) one after each meal...get these from Vitalady as well.
B-12 shot once a month....feel great...no hair loss...and labs are super!
