BMI was 60..now 38

The scale is finally starting to move again after an almost 3 week "plateau" which is scary and frustrating. I look back at where I was and where I can and want to be and I am thrilled. Same here, Janette - no regrets!! Oh, there are times when I wish I could have a hunk of carrot cake or a fudgy brownie, but being able to shop in the regular section of the store is W-A-Y more satisfying for me!!
