Better post this now before I change my mind about dinner...
B~1/2 Slim Fast low-carb shake
L~2 oz chicken with a couple of peppers/onions, 2 oz cheddar cheese
D~3 oz chicken breast (fried, just flour coating), 1/2 c corn
S~1 oz string cheese, 1 oz string cheese
Calories: 799
Protein: 80
Carbs: 28, 5 of which are fiber
Exercise: Haven't gone yet, but on my way to walk for 30 and lift weights for 30 while my daughter is in dance class.
Mood: Overwhelmed. I'm cleaning out my computer room (what a mess!) as well as working on several applications/cover letters to apply for jobs at schools. I've also put a few things on eBay and run some laundry. My head and neck both hurt, and I've been hungry all day. Hopefully I will feel better after going to the gym.

excercise none but chasing 7 kiddos around and some shopping ..
mood .. well been really a bit** here lately , really moody and snappy . and on a better note me and hubby are flyin to chicago for val. weekend . that ought to be relaxing to actually sleep in . and not have responsibility for a couple days .. i so need a vacation and time w/ hubby . he is planning a romantic getaway . and we are even going by victoria secrets on the way to airport he said just got back from er . i thought it was my kidneys but dr said it is all muscle he gave me some pain meds and on my way i went . i spoke to him of poss being dehydrated he said he didnt think so . how can they tell? . well hope your days was good

Working on my fluids 50 oz so far........
walked the mall again, as well as walmart & the grocery store, ugh!!! I think I have enough clothes for vegas now......what a chore!!!

B: Chocolate Chip granola bar (8 gr. Protein)
S: 2 viactive calcium chews
L: Bean and Ham soup (10 gr. Protein)
S: Internat'l SF/caffine free vanilla coffee, soy chips (10 g protein)
D: lean cuisine type meal (18 g protein)
S: 1 c. home made chex mix (7 g protein)
S. crispy waffle, peanut butter , SF jelly (13 g protein)
EXERCISE: 20 minutes of Walk Away the Pounds - 1 mile work out; volleyball for 2 hours
PROTEIN: 66 grams
MOOD: Proud of myself for buying (and using) the WAP DVD. Not too happy with my double evening snack, but I felt I needed something after volleyball. I'm currently not counting calories at this time (too much work!....plus I HATE that) just counting protein. I'm not counting water/liquid. I don't seem to have a problem getting my liquid in.
Writing it all down did keep me from mindless munching today. I'll record my food intake for Wednesday, too.

Hi all! I really feel like I'm not on track - I think too many carbs for me. Gotta work on that!

L: 9 soy chips with 2 T peanut butter
S: 4 Wheatsworth crackers
D: 1.5 oz FF mozzarella cheese and 4 T ricotta cheese
S: Q-Smart bar
Totals: 797 Calories, 36 Carbs, 68 Protein
No exercise - and only got in about 50 oz. fluids
