I, too, gained 1/2 pound. I did eat like a horse (well, a small horse). I was out of town visitng friends, so pizza happened. Back to the grind today. I'm going to try to get in an extra work-out today (Monday is one of the day's I normally don't exercise, but I actually have the time and the desire today, so it's gonna happen). Good luck to all Diana 210 1/2 next goal = 205 (100 pounds down from highest weight)

I pretty much stayed the same last week. Lost a pound and then gained it back, but I'm premenstrual and that always happens this time of the month. SO..........still at -142. ~Tanja

Was down three last week, bringing me to 271 lbs and a loss of 81. Just 136 to go! Ok, actually, only 71 more to my first "content" goal. Pamela
