* Sunday Weekly WEIGH-IN *
I, too, gained 1/2 pound. I did eat like a horse (well, a small horse). I was out of town visitng friends, so pizza happened. Back to the grind today. I'm going to try to get in an extra work-out today (Monday is one of the day's I normally don't exercise, but I actually have the time and the desire today, so it's gonna happen).
