wooooo hooooo

hello family well it finally happened i finally broke a looooooonnnnnnnggggg plateau i finally moved the scale i am soooo happy i got on the scale this morning and it read 147 not 1 but 2 lbs since my last weight of 149 woooo hoooo now only 7 lbs till goal.... you have all been wonderful in helping me not be depressed over it you are all a wonderful bunch of people and im glad to have you in my life as part of my support......
