FOOD and EXERCISE Wednesday
Ok, I know there's a post just below this doing the same thing...but I feel compelled to do it again. Not sure why...guess it's just habit.
B~1 oz string cheese, 1 oz turkey
L~1/2 tuna wrap (Subway), 1 oz string cheese
D~1/2 tuna wrap, 1 oz cheddar
S~1 atkins shake, a bite of trail mix
Calories: 963
Protein: 90
Carbs: 31, 14 of which are fiber
Exercise: Haven't yet, but since it looks like this will be a LONGGGG evening, I guess I'll go to the gym and walk for 30 minutes or so.
Mood: Pretty good. Volunteered in my daughter's class today, and I had a bite of their trail mix, for which I feel guilty. That is what really upped my carbs. I'm a bit apprehensive about facing the evening with no snacks, but I don't want to go over 1000 calories. Oh well...I'll be fine...just gotta get food out of my head.

I've been having a rough week stress-wise and I really haven't been eating the way I should. It's not terrible, but I'm certainly not losing....
B: 3/4 South Beach Choc PB bar (boy was that GOOD!)
S: 1/2 container Carb Countdown yogurt with protein powder
L: 1 oz Oberto Edge Beef Snacks
D: 18 soy chips with Better n Butter PB (3 T)
S: 1 oz mozzarella
S # 2: Q Smart bar
Totals: 763 cal, 38 carb, 72 protein
Got in about 50 oz. fluids
Walked 1 mile
Mood: Ehh - as I said I'm in a very stressful state right now between work and family, but I guess it's a good test of how well I will deal with the need to comfort myself with food. I'm not doing as well as I'd like, but I'm not doing terribly either. Baby steps, I guess!

wednesday was a good day eatting wise!!! (i worked 13 hours...no time to think about food.....haha)
B= protein shake--- 100 calories, 21 grams protein
L= protein shake and q smart bar---220 calories 31 grams protein
D= weigh****cher chicken meal-- 220 calories 24 grams protein
total calories---- 520 protein---76
Fluids---- not to good about 40 oz if that
Now too see what today brings my way!!! I am off today (yeah!!!) Gotta make myself exercise and keep busy!!!!
