Ok, me first......ummm I really get to show how I can consume some calories, yikes! But I am trying hard not to compare, and my diet is working me..so here goes!
Breakfast: Low Carb Smoothie w/ 1 scoop of protein powder

Snack: 1/2 cup of Oatmeal
150 cal. 27Carbs 5 grams of Protein
Lunch: 1 cup of lettuce and Tomatoes
1/4 cup of cheese
1/2 cup of ground Chicken
2 table spoons of salsa
288 cal. 5 carbs 23 grams of Protein
Snack: BBQ Soy Chips
110 cal. 17carbs 7 grams of Protein
Dinner: Turkey Chop w/1 cup of Broc.
180 cal. 3 carbs 26 grams of Protein
Snack: Low carb yoguart cup and 1/4 cup of strawberries
70 cal. 3 carbs 5 grams of Protein
Grand totals 1,002 cal. 61 grams of carbs 94 grams of protein
Exercise: 1hr kick boxing class (wow it is something). However, I am sick today, and will not be going.
